Maison RIZAN (‘the house’, ‘we’) is the data controller for the information collected through this website and during our client relationships. You may reach us at hello@rizan.house.

Name, email, telephone, delivery address, measurements (when relevant), correspondence, and order information. When you browse the site, we collect basic technical data (device, referring page, coarse location) to keep the site secure and improve it.

To respond to enquiries, arrange appointments, produce and deliver pieces, process payments, and — with your consent — send the quarterly Correspondence.

Contract (to fulfil your order), legitimate interest (to run the house and secure the site), and consent (for marketing communications, which you may withdraw at any time).

We share data only with the partners who help us serve you: payment processor (Stripe), shipping partners, and the atelier team. We do not sell personal data. Ever.

Enquiry data is kept for two years. Order and client‑relationship data is kept for ten years to honour warranties, alterations and lifetime care.

You may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or object to processing. Write to hello@rizan.house and we will respond within thirty days.
