May be returned within fourteen days of delivery in original, unworn condition, with all tags and the booklet. Please write to the house before returning — a shipping label will be prepared for you.

A piece of RIZAN is meant to stay with you. When it does not, we make the return quiet, and we keep the piece in the family of the house.

Made‑to‑measure & bespoke
Because these pieces are cut for a single person, they are final sale. In the rare event of a fit issue, the atelier will alter the garment at no charge until it is right.
Alterations
Free within the first six months of ownership. Thereafter, alterations are offered at cost. We honour this service for the lifetime of the garment.
Repair
Invisible mending, re‑lining and re‑binding are offered at cost. We keep a small archive of every fabric and thread we have used, so a repair matches the original.
Re‑cut & re‑dye
A garment that has outlived one shape can often become another. Speak with the atelier — we will draw a proposal.
Refunds
Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within ten working days. Duties are refunded where the destination customs authority allows.
