Terms of Sale.

An order is accepted once we confirm it in writing. For bespoke commissions, a 50% deposit is due at acceptance; the balance is due before dispatch. Prices are shown in Euros and include French VAT where applicable.

Prices and availability may change without notice. In the rare event of a pricing error, we will contact you before charging the corrected amount and you may cancel the order.

Payment is processed securely by Stripe (card) or by bank transfer for pieces above € 5,000. We do not store card details on our servers.

Delivery windows are estimates given in good faith. Craftsmanship takes the time it takes; where delay is significant, we will inform you and offer options.

Every RIZAN piece is warranted against manufacturing defects for twenty‑four months. This warranty is in addition to statutory consumer rights and does not cover normal wear or accidental damage.

All content on this site — texts, images, drawings, patterns — is the property of Maison RIZAN or its collaborators and may not be reproduced without written consent.

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be settled by the competent courts of Paris, without prejudice to any consumer's right to bring proceedings in their country of residence.
